Dynamic and Fatigue Application

Use of the Alignment Washers under dynamic and fatigue loadings has been exhaustively tested in conjunction with the Hilti Corporation with excellent results, especially in bolt group situations. Contact us for further information.

Alternative Coatings

The standard corrosion prevention finish of the Alignment Washer consists of hot dipped galvanizing, which is compatible with both galvanized and aluminium bracketry. However, Alignment Washers have been used in highly visible situations and in these cases they have been powder coated to the Architect's requirements with very satisfactory results. AWL will deal with the process direct, prior to delivery.

New Products

Work is presently underway to achieve even greater amounts of adjustment. Testing of the new product is progressing well and commercial production is likely to start in the near fuiture.
